Pizza on the Egg

Back to Seattle, back to smoking! Yesterday Tyler and I spent the day
smoking away on Edgar the Big Green Egg. We fired it up in the early
morning and made a brisket. The pizza was a dinner plan. Tyler was
excited to try out the pizza stone and peel that Jody (my sister)
bought for his 34th birthday. Tyler's pizza was the ham and
pepperoni. I did onions and mushrooms. Both turned out great and we
will try the Egg again soon for some wood fired pizza action.
