Figure 1 -- Capri inspired salad. Yum. Ingredients: bread, spinach, tuna, tomato, feta, spices, and a bit of olive oil.

Figure 2 -- I've been making the green smoothies with green tea. An extra check list item done in one drink. And nice flavor.

Figures 3, 4, 5 -- Crepes. Another yum. The recipe is: 2 egg whites, Splenda, water, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder

Figure 6 -- Ginger's ionic foot bath. Not yum.

Figure 7 -- Crepes, again. Sometimes I have two batches per day. Whoops.

Figures 8, 9, 10, 11 -- Watermelon jerky. It's hard to stop eating. Very yum.

Figure 12 -- Some people still do math at work! I did a return today at Joann Fabric. The lady was totally stressed out. Busted out the calculator. Seriously? The receipt wasn't cutting it...
